Return & Refund Policy
All items are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pentacleapparel@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item and the problem area.
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or full refund if the issue is eligible.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders placed in the wrong size or style, if you’ve changed your mind, for items that have been used, worn, or washed, or for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
