At Pentacle Apparel, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us at pentacleapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo of the damage or defect. We'll work some magick to make it right.
